Svalbard Hotell | The Vault Longyearbyen, Longyearbyen

This hotel was a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were new and very nice, with comfortable firm mattresses and nice bedding, although there could be more vegan options available for breakfast compared to my previous stays in Longyearbyen. The service was truly outstanding, with staff going out of their way to assist in all matters. The location is very convenient, being close to restaurants and supermarkets, making our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. However, the dining experience was a bit repetitive, and I expected a bit more variety. Despite that, the price was fair for what was provided.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, although a bit small, provided excellent blinds to block out the midnight sun, ensuring a restful sleep. The service was outstanding, with the staff going out of their way to assist in every possible manner. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Longyearbyen. However, the dining options, especially for vegans, were limited, and the facilities were lacking a bit in variety.
